Every user should have their own Login, Password and PIN

When a user logs into their PayJunction account for the first time, the system will require the user to create a 4-digit Personal Identification Number, or PIN.

For security purposes, when a user logs in from a new device and/or location, PayJunction will prompt the user to provide the 4-digit PIN. Also, when calling PayJunction for support, we require PIN verification in order to move forward with certain requests.

For security purposes, sharing Logins, Passwords and PIN for PayJunction is not recommended. Instructions to Add New Users.

The most common reasons PayJunction may prompt a user to provide a PIN:

  • Users are logging in from different locations while sharing the same Login and Password.
  • The Internet Service Provider (ISP) updated the IP address for the business/office location.
  • The device (computer, laptop, tablet, etc) was recently cleaned to remove viruses and/or malware.
  • The Operating System (OS) for the device was upgraded to a newer version or reset/refreshed.
For security purposes, sharing Logins, Passwords and PIN for PayJunction is not recommended. Instructions to Add New Users.
