How do I activate my Phone Charge account?

In order to activate the Phone Charge system for the account users please first contact the Account Admin and have them enable the phone charge capability for each user necessary follow these steps:

  1. Click More, then Users.

  2. Select the user that is going to have the Phone Charge capability, click Edit.

  3. Scroll down until Other Services is in view, enable Phone Charge.

  4. Nex, hover over Account, then select the User.

  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and where Phone Charge Access appears. Create a new LoginPassword, then click Save Changes

Phone Charge Logins and Passwords must be numbers only ---- no letters.
