In order to activate the Phone Charge system for the user account, you must first have the feature enabled by your Account Admin (or yourself if you are an admin). Then you need to setup your Phone Charge Account credentials.
Steps to enable phone charge feature.
- Click More, then Users.
- Select the user that is going to have the Phone Charge capability, click Edit.
- Scroll down until Other Services is in view, check the box to enable Phone Charge.
Steps to setup your phone charge credentials.
- Hover over Account, then click the My Profile.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and where Phone Charge Access appears ... Create a new Login & Password, then click Save Changes.
- Make sure you select a value in the DEFAULT CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT dropdown (even if you only have one account):
