How do I dispute a chargeback?

What To Do

In order to dispute a chargeback you will want to gather any relevant transaction information (receipts, invoices, customer correspondence, pictures, etc.) and contact the Risk Department for your respective merchant account provider to resolve the matter.

Contact the Chargeback Department (i.e. TSYS) at 800-228-2443.  TSYS's representatives are well versed in the chargeback process and able to assist you through this matter.  They will walk you through the dispute process and address your questions and concerns.  If you have any other questions or need any clarification you can contact PayJunction's risk department at 800-601-0230 ext 3.
