How do I dispute a chargeback?

What To Do

In order to dispute a chargeback you will want to gather any relevant transaction information (receipts, invoices, customer correspondence, pictures, etc.) and contact the Risk Department for your respective merchant account provider to resolve the matter.

PayJunction Merchant Accounts

Contact the Chargeback Department (i.e. TSYS) at 800-228-2443. You will be prompted to enter your MID and then should press option 4 for Chargebacks and then option 0 for Operator. It can also be helpful to ask to speak with a Senior Chargeback Specialist. TSYS's representatives are well versed in the chargeback process and able to assist you through this matter.  They will walk you through the dispute process and address your questions and concerns.
