Why do all of my American Express transactions get declined, but other cards work?

American Express Problems

If the problem is specific to American Express, first be sure that you have a valid American Express merchant account.  If not, please contact PayJunction support directly to setup American Express on your account.

Other Problems

If all of your transactions of a specific card type (i.e. Visa, American Express) are declining, your account may have a configuration error.  A PayJunction support representative may assist you in correcting this problem.
