PayJunction maintains multiple data centers to ensure maximum uptime for our clients. Occasionally when performing routine maintenance, PayJunction must take a data center offline. You may receive the following error message by logging into a data center at the same time PayJunction begins routine maintenance:
“Wrong Host Error: The servers you are trying to connect to are currently under maintenance. Please try back in a few minutes.”
This error is extremely rare.
PayJunction’s systems have a number of features to automatically avoid and correct this error for you. However, if this error message persists, please try the following items to troubleshoot the problem.
- Guide your web browser directly back to www.PayJunction.com
- Click the Login button.
- Login again.
If the problem still persists:
- Close all of your open web browser windows.
- Reopen and guide your web browser directly back to www.PayJunction.com
- Click the Login button.
- Login again.
If the problem still persists:
- Reboot your computer.
- Open and guide your web browser directly back to www.PayJunction.com
- Click the Login button.
- Login again.
At this point, if the problem still persists, it may be indicative of a larger issue. Please contact a PayJunction Level 2 Support Representative only after attempting all of the above proposed solutions. Please note, that all support representatives will try the above-mentioned solutions prior to escalating your call to a Level 2 Support Representative.
