How do I find which batch a transaction was settled in?

Because transaction funds are transferred into your checking account in "batches" (as opposed to individual transactions), it is often useful to know which batch contained a particular transactions.

For example, merchants like to know when a transaction for "John Smith" was settled into their checking account.

Follow these steps to locate a transaction's batch:

  1. Search for your transaction (for instructions on how to search, see Search Transactions).

  2. Hover over the eyeball icon to the left of your transaction and select View Transaction.

  3. Click on the View Batch link next to the Charge Number at the top of the page.

  4. You may click on the arrows on the left and right of the top of the screen to view your totals by card brands or your total batch summary.
