Why didn't my transactions settle automatically last night?

If your batch did not settle, please check the following:

  1. Be sure automatic settlements are turned on for your terminal.  See:  Batch Settings
  2. It's possible PayJunction may have been performing routine upgrades; this may delay your batch by an hour or two.  Please check your batch again in one hour (prior to calling PayJunction support).
  3. If a couple of hours have passed, and your batch has still not settled, contact PayJunction for technical support.  Although rare, it's possible that one transaction may be causing your whole batch to fail or get "stuck".  A PayJunction representative will work with the banks to fix the problem.
