Ensure Web Browser is Up to Date
Visit the homepage of your web browser and download the latest version available; this can often correct printing issues, as well as providing a safe, secure and more reliable browsing environment.
Attempt to Print Your Receipt from Within a Different Web Browser
If you are using Internet Explorer to access your PayJunction account, for example, download the most recent version of FireFox. Individual web browsers each have their own method of displaying and printing a page, and sometimes simply switching your browser will solve your printing problem.
If you are still experiencing difficulties with a supported printer, please give us PayJunction Technical Support a call at 800-601-0230 x3 for further assistance.
