How do I confirm that only numbers are entered in the amount field?

"User Input Price" buttons allow the customer to enter the dollar amount s/he will be paying or donating. Sometimes, the customer does not enter a dollar amount, or enters an invalid amount when submitting the transaction and the cutomer is given an error.

The attached script explains how to update the "User Input Price" on the Hosted Payments button in order to ensure that the following occurs: 

  1. A dollar amount is provided before the payment/donation is submitted.
  2. The dollar amount that is provided is a valid entry (dollar amounts only).
