This Privacy Policy describes how Messiahic, Inc. d/b/a PayJunction (hereinafter “PayJunction”, “we”, “our”, and “us”) uses the data we collect. PayJunction provides payment processing products and services to businesses. This Privacy Policy applies to our website visitors, prospective referral partners, authorized referral partners, prospective merchants, authorized merchants who use our services, and customers who directly or indirectly use our services by transacting with our authorized merchants (hereinafter “you” and “your”).

By using our payment processing products and services, or accessing, browsing, or using our websites (hereinafter collectively “Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Who Is the “You” From Whom We Collect Data?
We obtain data about you from various sources to provide our Services.
The type of data collected about you depends on how you are associated with PayJunction, and how you interact with our Services.
The categories of “you” interacting with PayJunction are:
- Merchant - A Merchant is a business or entity that sells various products and services into the marketplace and uses our Services to process payments.
- Merchant’s Customer - A Merchant’s Customer is an individual or entity that purchases goods or services as a consumer of a Merchant, and directly or indirectly uses our Services to provide the Merchant with payment.
- Referral Partner - A Referral Partner is an individual, business, or entity who enters a business relationship with PayJunction for the purpose of referring potential Merchants to PayJunction.
- Visitor - A Visitor is an individual who voluntarily interacts with PayJunction, but who is not necessarily a Merchant, Merchant’s Customer, or Referral Partner; for example, a visitor to the PayJunction website, or an employment applicant responding to a job posting.
We do not knowingly collect data from people who are unauthorized to use our Services including children under the age of sixteen (16). Please contact us if you believe we have mistakenly collected data from someone ineligible to use our Services. Unless we are legally required to keep it, we will remove the data in question.
How Do We Collect Your Data?
You may directly provide us with the data we collect when you use our Services.
We may also receive data about you from a third party. For example, we may collect information about a
- Merchant’s Customer (as received from a Merchant or Referral Partner)
- Merchant (as received from a Referral Partner or Merchant’s Customer)

- background check, credit check, risk, and fraud screening service providers
- banks, card networks, and other payment processing service providers
- content, computing, and system delivery service providers
- marketing, tracking, and lead service providers
- Merchants, Merchant Customer’s, and Referral Partners
We collect, process, transmit, and sometimes store data when you
- use our Services
- transact, make a payment, or purchase from a Merchant
- request information about our products and Services
- register, purchase, or apply for any of our products and Services
- apply, register, or contract to become a Referral Partner

- participate in promotions, contests, or other seller marketing forms
- communicate with us via phone, fax, email, or support ticketing systems

- payment processors, money transmitters, tax reporters, and bank sponsors

If you are a Merchant, we will share your data with payment providers, reporting agencies, sponsoring banks, and other providers we contract with to provide our Services. This specifically includes identity, credit, and financial information necessary to underwrite, open, and maintain your account.
For security reasons, to protect financial accounts, and to prevent misuse, PayJunction shall not and will not export any payment data from its systems unless legally required.

How Do We Store Your Data?
We take reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized disclosure. These reasonable measures include hosting your data at facilities and cloud providers (some of which are third parties) that employ physical security access controls. We implement security controls to protect data including the encryption of key payment data elements (such as payment account numbers or “PAN”). In addition, we implement logical security controls to limit access to data to those entities who need it to perform their duties. We maintain compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard through an annual security assessment conducted by a licensed third party Qualified Security Assessor. However, no data transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security, and therefore neither can we.
While we take reasonable steps to protect our systems and Services, you are responsible for keeping your account information and passwords private. If you interact with a public blog post, comment section, or forum regarding our Services, please take note that your interactions may also be public.
How Long Do We Store Your Data?
We retain data for as long as we are providing Services to you.
We may retain data even after you close your account, or we cease providing Services to you, for as long as authorized under our agreements or reasonably necessary to
- resolve disputes
- address problems with our Services
- assist with investigations
- monitor, detect, or prevent fraud
- enforce our agreements
- collect our fees
- comply with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual business obligations
- comply with our accounting, tax, and financial reporting obligations
If you are a Merchant’s Customer we retain your data subject to the above and for as long as we are providing Services to your Merchant (this includes multiple different Merchants you may transact with across our platform).
It is our practice to establish retention periods for all data collected based upon our business obligations and the criteria necessary to provide services. When the service is terminated, and the retention period expires, data is deleted.
Marketing, Interest-Based Advertising, and Analytics
We may send Merchants information about our products and services we think they might like, as well as those of our Referral Partners. If you have agreed to receive marketing solicitations and to share your data with our Referral Partners, you have the right to “opt-out” at any time.

We may use interest-based advertising providers, advertising networks, and exchanges to advertise our services to you. These advertising providers may allow us to target our ads based on demographics, interests, and context. They may also track your online activities, pages viewed, and actions taken over time and across multiple websites by collecting your data through the use of cookies, pixel tags, click-through links, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, and other similar technology.
We may use third party service providers to compile analytics regarding our online Services. If you are a Merchant, or employee or representative acting on behalf of a Merchant, you have the right to ask if we disclose your data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, and to ask if we sell your data to third parties. As it pertains to Merchants, we do not disclose your data for others’ direct marketing purposes without your permission, or you asking to be referred to a Referral Partner, and we do not sell your data and have not done so in the past.
If you are a Merchant’s Customer, PayJunction is a data processor or service provider rather than a data controller. We have no direct relationship with Merchant’s Customers whose data we process on behalf of our Merchants. As a data processor or service provider, we process data we receive about Merchant’s Customers only for authorized business purposes in accordance with the agreements we have with our Merchants. We do not sell or otherwise use the Merchant’s Customer data we receive for any purpose other than providing the services pursuant to the agreements we have with our Merchants and other financial service providers. We will assist our Merchants with reasonable requests so they may comply with their relevant obligations under current applicable laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), and the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). Anyone who seeks to exercise any of the above rights over data we are processing on behalf of a Merchant should make their request to the Merchant as the data controller directly. We will work with the Merchant to effectuate the protections above in certain circumstances and subject to any exceptions that may apply.
To the extent that we receive data directly from a Merchant’s Customer, or a Visitor, PayJunction will maintain reasonable safeguards to protect the data, process data requests in a timely matter and in compliance with our statutory obligations, and will not sell, disclose, or use data received other than as necessary to fulfill the specific purposes for which it was supplied to us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may be required by law or have a legitimate business purpose to retain data. We may decline requests that are frivolous, extremely impractical, jeopardize the security of others, not required by law, or not allowed by law. We may deny a request (but comply to the greatest extent that we can) if you unable or unwilling to verify your identity in conjunction with making a data request.
