Tuplo

Tuplo is already integrated with PayJunction. Simply follow the instructions below to connect Tuplo with your PayJunction account.

Process Overview

    1. Create the API Credentials in the PayJunction portal.
    2. Save the PayJunction API in Tuplo.

1. Create PayJunction API Credentials

Log into your PayJunction account as an administrator. Then go to More, and select API Credentials.

  1. In the top-right corner of this view, click the New API Credential button.

  2. Enter a First Name, Last Name and an Email Address.

    To ensure that report titles lineup properly between PayJunction and Tuplo, please use the following format:
    • FIRST NAME: "Tuplo"
    • LAST NAMEnameOfYourBusiness (can be abbreviated if needed, just don't use spaces)
    • EMAIL ADDRESS: noreply@payjunction.com
  3. Create a new unique Login and Password.
    For the LOGIN: Use the same First and Last name listed above separated by underscore (Ex: "Tuplo_nameOfYourBusiness") .
    For the PASSWORD: Use at least 8 characters, with at least one uppercase, one lowercase and one number.


  4. Select the account that will be used by Tuplo. Also select the account in the Default Credit Card Account drop-down.

  5. Take note of the Terminal Id of the account you plan to use with that API (you will need to type that value in Tuplo).
  6. Click the Create button at the bottom of the page to save the new API credentials.

2. Save the PayJunction API in Tuplo

  1. Log into Tuplo as an administrator. Then go to Preferences and PayJunction:

  2. Type in the API Username, Password and Terminal ID using the values from step 1-4:

    Then click on Update PayJunction to save the settings. 

  3. To enable the Smart Terminals, go to Setting in Tuplo Studio:

  4. Click on Terminal on the top menu, then type in the API Username and Password and click Find Terminals.
    Then, for the Software dropdown, select the PayJunction Terminal ID and for the Physical dropdown, select the nickname of the PayJunction Smart Terminal:
