How does the 1-Day Integration Guarantee work?
- If you’re an eligible partner, we’ll integrate PayJunction with a browser-based software within 1 business day. If you are using multiple browser-based software systems, we will integrate with each one in separate one-day periods. If we need additional time beyond the 1 day for any system, we’ll continue working until integration is complete and will also send you up to $25,000, based on the percentage of such software systems that we were not able to integrate in one day.
What transactions are covered?
- This 1-day guarantee applies only to the guaranteed ability to complete staff-initiated transactions (e.g., in-office, POS, or internal billing). Customer-initiated transactions like shopping carts and e-commerce are not covered.
What if my software is not eligible?
- We maintain a list of non-eligible software platforms that do not qualify for this guarantee that your account executive can check for you upon request.
What if there are delays on my end?
- The 1-day countdown starts only after you provide us necessary test merchant access and credentials and requires that you are accessible to and cooperate with our team. If delays occur on your end, the guarantee does not apply.
How do I claim the payout if the integration fails?
- If PayJunction is unable to complete the integration within 1 business day, eligible partners will then receive up to $25,000 as a deposit with their first residual payment. Partners must refer merchants to receive the $25,000.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Scope
- Applies to new partners integrating with PayJunction.
- Requires a signed merchant referral agreement accepted by PayJunction prior to integration.
- The software must be browser-based (on-premise or legacy systems are not eligible).
- Shopping Carts & E-Commerce not included - The guarantee covers staff-initiated transactions only (customer-initiated transactions like e-commerce are excluded).
- The 1 business-day clock starts after system access is provided to PayJunction, a Zoom app meeting begins, and the partner shares their screen at an agreed-upon scheduled time for integration.
- The partner must remain connected to, cooperate with, and provide information to PayJunction promptly upon request or the clock will be paused;
- The clock will be paused for any force majeure events (acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, epidemics, labor strikes, government orders or regulations, power outages, or other unforeseeable circumstances that make performance impossible or impracticable); and
- The integration will be considered complete once a test transaction has been processed via NCPI for the dollar amount from the browser-based software system.
2. Exclusions & Conditions
- If the partner delays in providing credentials, access, or approvals, the guarantee is void.
- The guarantee does not cover custom development beyond PayJunction’s No-Code Payments Integration to process a payment transaction through PayJunction.
- Certain software platforms are not eligible for the promotion. Please ask your account executive if your software is on a list of non-qualifying software.
- External software limitations may impact integration eligibility.
3. Payment Terms
- If PayJunction is unable to complete the integration within 1 business day, eligible partners will then receive up to $25,000 as a deposit with their first residual payment. Partners must refer merchants to receive the $25,000.
