Other Common Questions
What transactions are covered?
- This beta test applies only to the ability to complete staff-initiated transactions (e.g., in-office, POS, or internal billing). Customer-initiated transactions like shopping carts and e-commerce are not covered.
What if there are delays on my end?
- You can only participate in the beta test if you provide us necessary access and credentials and are accessible to and cooperate with our team. If delays occur on your end, the offer does not apply.
How do I get the offer?
- Once you complete a test transaction as part of the beta test, you will receive statement credits to offset your fees once you start processing.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Scope
- Applies to Open Dental merchants integrating with PayJunction for the first time.
- Requires a signed merchant agreement accepted by PayJunction prior to integration, which is subject to underwriting approval.
- The software must be Open Dental.
- Shopping Carts & E-Commerce not included - The offer covers staff-initiated transactions only (customer-initiated transactions like e-commerce are excluded).
- The beta test of a test transaction can only occur after system access is provided to PayJunction, a Zoom app meeting begins, and the merchant shares their screen at an agreed-upon scheduled time for the No-Code Payments Integration to begin.
- The merchant must remain connected to, cooperate with, and provide information to PayJunction promptly upon request or the clock will be paused;
- The beta test will be paused for any force majeure events (acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, epidemics, labor strikes, government orders or regulations, power outages, or other unforeseeable circumstances that make performance impossible or impracticable); and
- The integration will be considered complete once a test transaction has been processed via NCPI.
- Limited to one merchant account per common ownership group.
2. Exclusions & Conditions
- If the customer delays in providing credentials, access, or approvals, the offer is void.
- The offer does not cover custom development beyond PayJunction’s No-Code Payments Integration.
- Only Merchants contacted to participate in the program and accepted by PayJunction are eligible for this offer.
3. Payment Terms
- If merchants participate in the beta test and complete a test transaction that has been processed via NCPI, eligible merchants will then receive a $1,000 statement credit to offset their fees once they start processing.
