If you need to set up and activate your ZeroTouch Smart Terminal, this article can help:
Customers can key-in transactions with the ZeroTouch Terminal, but first you will want to ensure the Enable Keyed setting is turned on.
Second, keyed-in transactions have to be initiated in the Virtual Terminal for ZeroTouch Terminals.
Step I: Turn on the Enable Keyed Setting for Your ZeroTouch Terminal:

Click More.

Click Smart Terminals.

Find the ZeroTouch Terminal you want to update. Click the three-dot menu to the left of that terminal's name, and then click Edit.

Check the box for the Enable Keyed option.
- Click Submit to Save. Repeat this for any additional ZeroTouch Terminals you want to enable for keyed transactions.
Step II: Start the Transaction in the Virtual Terminal

Click the Process button.
- Select the Smart Terminal tab.

Make sure that you have the correct Smart Terminal selected in the first drop-down named Smart Terminal.
- Enter the Amount and any other details required on the Process screen.

Click Request Payment towards the bottom of the screen to push the transaction to the Smart Terminal. The Customer's card information will be entered directly on the Smart Terminal.
Step III: Key-In the Card Information into the ZeroTouch Terminal
- The transaction has been pushed to the Smart Terminal.

Now, the Customer can follow the prompts to key-in their payment details.

- Lastly, the Customer will click the PROCESS button on the Smart Terminal screen to complete the payment.
