be Class Manager is integrated with PayJunction. Simply follow the instructions below to connect beClassmManager  with your PayJunction account.

Process Overview

I- Create PayJunction API Credentials

II- Save the API credentials in Be Class Manager

III- Multi Location setup (Optional):

I- Create PayJunction API Credentials

  1. Log in to your PayJunction account as an administrator
    Towards the bottom of the left navigation bar, select More, and then click API Credentials.

  2. In the top-right corner of this view, click the Create New API Credential button.

  3. Enter a First Name, Last Name, and an Email Address.
    To better identify in PayJunction, activity coming from these be Class Manager API credentials, we recommend using this naming convention:
    1. FIRST NAME: "BeClass"
    2. LAST NAMEnameOfYourBusiness (can be abbreviated if needed, just don't use spaces)
    3. EMAIL ADDRESSnoreply@payjunction.comAPI-Username.png
  4. Create the Username and Password.
    1. Login: Use the same First and Last name listed above separated by underscore (Ex: "BeClass_nameOfYourBusiness") .
    2. Username: Use at least 12 characters, with at least one uppercase, one lowercase, and one number.

  5. If you only have one account, you can skip this section.
    If you have multiple sub-accounts, you can allow full access in PayJunction and use be Class Manager to assign the default account for each Location

  6. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to save the new API credentials.

II- Save the API credentials in Be Class Manager

  1. Sign in to the Admin Dashboard:

  2. On the left-side menu bar, click on Settings, then PayJunction:

  3. Type in the PayJunction Username and Password then click Save credentials:

  4. Enable the Integration then Generate the publishable key.

III- Multi Location setup (Optional):

You can skip section III if you only have one Location.

  1. On the left-side menu bar, click on Facilities:

  2. Click on Add New Facility

  3. If you have multiple sub-accounts in PayJunction (Terminal IDs), select the Terminal used in this Location:

  4. Click on Account Settings then Edit account

  5. And assign a Default payment location that will be used for fees assigned to master account:
