How can I find my merchant statements?

Merchant statements list all of the processing volume and processing fees for each month. You will see your merchant statement on the first business day of every month. Statements are available within your PayJunction account.

To locate your monthly statements, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to Reports, then select Statements.

     
  2. The Statements page now includes filter options for:

    Year – Select a specific year to view available statements.

    Month – Narrow down to a specific month.

    MID (Merchant Account ID) – Filter statements by specific merchant accounts under your organization.

  3. Once your filters are applied, click on any statement link to view or download that month’s statement.
