How Do I Update the Expiration Date on a Customer's Card

  1. Click on the Customers button on the left side of the page.
  2. Click on the customer's name or start typing in the customer's name that you want to edit.
  3. Click on the customer's name.
  4. Choose Payment you want to edit by clicking on it, if the customer has multiple payment methods in their Customer Profile.
  5. Click the ellipses under the green charge button for the card you want to update and click Edit.

  6. The Edit Payment Method window will appear. Update the Expiration Date.

  7. Click the blue Submit button to save your changes.
