PayJunction Quick Reference Guide

Login

  1. Go to www.payjunction.com.
  2. Click on Login.

  3. Enter the Login and Password.
  4. For more information see: How do I login?

Process a Card

  1. Click on Process in the top left corner of the page.



  2. Fill out the form.
  3. Click on the Process button at the bottom of the page.

View Your Transactions

  1. Click on Recent.



  2. Hover over the eyeball icon on the left of the transaction to view options for that transaction.
  3. Click on View Transaction to view the details of that particular transaction.

Void a Transaction

You can only Void a transaction if the batch has not settled yet.

  1. Click on Recent on the left side of the page.
  2. Hover over the eyeball icon next to the transaction.
  3. Click on the View Transaction option.
  4. Click on the Void button at the top.

Refund a Transaction

  1. Click on the Search option on the left.
  2. Search for the transaction. You do not have to type in every field.
  3. Hover over the eyeball icon and click Refund.
  4. Adjust the amount accordingly and click on the Process button.

Edit CVV Settings for Your Virtual Terminal

Setting this to "Smart" will not require it at the time of the transaction, but if you enter it in, it will verify it anyway.

  1. Go to the Process page.
  2. Click on the Customize link.
  3. Set CVV/CVC2 to Enable, Disable, or Smart.
  4. Click on the Save Changes button at the bottom.

Edit AVS Settings for Your Virtual Terminal

Setting this to "Smart" will not require it at the time of the transaction, but if you enter it in, it will verify it anyway.

  1. Go to the Process page.
  2. Click on the Customize link.
  3. Set AVS to Enable, Disable, or Smart.
  4. Select the preferred AVS Match Type.
  5. Click on the Save Changes button at the bottom.

Edit Pre-Authentication for Your Virtual Terminal

  1. Go to Settings, Settings Overview.
  2. Click the white Update Settings button.
  3. Check the box for PreAuthorize.
  4. Click on the Save button.

Edit Invoice Numbers, Tax , Tip, Shipping, and Virtual Terminal Settings

  1. Click on Process.
  2. Click on the link that says Customize in either the Transaction section, or the Billing Contact section.
  3. Select the Hide, Display or Required button for each field that one would like to Remove, Add, or make Required.
  4. Click on the Save button.

Process a Phone Charge Transaction

  1. Call 888-444-3788.
  2. Provide the Phone Charge Login (all numbers) and then the Phone Charge Password (all numbers).
  3. Follow the prompts.
