Every so often, PayJunction will make routine updates to our systems. Our multi-data center architecture allows for maximum uptime so that you may continue processing transactions (even while we are upgrading our systems).
However, during this time, there is a chance that automatic and manual batching could be disabled.
For safety, we require a small window of time to synchronize our systems after routine maintenance. This generally takes 15 to 120 minutes.
Automatic settlements will resume without any interaction on your part.
Manual settlements will require you to check back later; once the blue Settle Batch button reappears, you may settle your transactions.
When a batch is pending for settlement, it will move from the Unsettles Batches section to the Settled Batches. The batch will show as Processing, and once settled, will show as Complete.
