How Do I Update My Session Timeouts (I Keep Getting Logged Out)?

For security reasons, PayJunction will automatically log you out of your account if you are inactive for a certain amount of time.  This is called a "session timeout."

PayJunction allows you to configure your session timeouts on a per User basis. Do the following:

  1. Click More > Users on the left side of the screen.

  2. Click the user you want to modify and click Edit User in the top right corner.

  3. Set the Session Timeout to the desired length of time the user is allowed to remain inactive prior to logging them out.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit.
