How Do I Merge Customers?

To Merge Customers, Do the Following:

  1. Click Customers in the menu on the left.
  2. Click Merge Customers at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select the customers that you wish to merge.

  4. Review the information for Customer One and Customer Two. The Merged Customer profile will become the single record for this customer. Update the Merged Customer profile information as necessary.
  5. Click the blue Submit button towards the bottom right of the screen to proceed.CUSTOMERS - MERGE - CUST 1 2.png
  6. After confirming what information you would like to merge, click the Merge button to complete the process.
