To Merge Customers, Do the Following:
- Click Customers in the menu on the left.
- Click Merge Customers at the top right of the screen.
- Select the customers that you wish to merge.
- Review the information for Customer One and Customer Two. The Merged Customer profile will become the single record for this customer. Update the Merged Customer profile information as necessary.
- Click the blue Submit button towards the bottom right of the screen to proceed.
- After confirming what information you would like to merge, click the Merge button to complete the process.
