How to Block a Card

PayJunction supports the ability to prevent a card from being charged again. For example, if a card is processed and it is decided that the card should never be charged again, you can block it.

To Block a card:

  1. Login to your PayJunction account.
  2. Find the original or any previous transaction that was processed for the card that you want to block.
    1. For example, go to Search and find the original transaction that was charged.
  3. Click on the eye-ball for that transaction to view Transaction Details.
  4. When viewing the transaction, click Block.

 

To view the list of all cards that have been blocked:

  1. Login to your PayJunction account.
  2. Click More > View Blacklist.

To Unblock a card:

  1. Login to your PayJunction account.
  2. Click More > View Blacklist.
  3. Locate the account on the blacklist.
  4. Click Unblock.
