PayJunction supports the ability to prevent a card from being charged again. For example, if a card is processed and it is decided that the card should never be charged again, you can block it.
To Block a Card:
- Login to your PayJunction account.
- Find the original or any previous transaction that was processed for the card that you want to block.
- For example, go to Search and find the original transaction that was charged.
- Click on the eyeball icon for that transaction to view Transaction Details.
- When viewing the transaction, click Block.
To View the List of All Cards That Have Been Blocked:
- Login to your PayJunction account.
- Click More > Blocklist.
To Unblock a Card:
- Login to your PayJunction account.
- Click More > Blocklist.
- Locate the account on the blocklist.
- Click Unblock.
