No-Code Payments Integration® in Tekmetric

This guide walks you through the steps to install, configure, and use PayJunction’s No-Code Payments Integration® in Tekmetric

Step 1: Install the Chrome Extension

1. Follow this installation guide to install the No-Code Payments Integration® Chrome extension.
2. Log in to the extension with your PayJunction username and password.

Note: In compliance with PCI DSS, the session will expire daily, so you will need to log in each day to continue using the extension.

Step 2: Configure the Extension for Tekmetric

1. Download the Tekmetric Integration Configuration file.
2. Follow these instructions to import the configuration file into the Chrome extension.

Step 3: Take Payments in Tekmetric

1. In Tekmetric, open the repair order you want to process a payment for.
2. Click the Payment tab.
3. Click the Credit or Debit button. This will open:
   
   • Tekmetric's Credit or Debit Payment Details lightbox
   • PayJunction's extension
     Note: If the extension does not automatically open, manually open it and confirm that you are logged in.
4. Use the extension to initiate a payment. Refer to this collection of knowledge base articles for details on supported payment methods.

5. After the extension successfully processes the transaction, the extension will auto-fill the following fields on Tekmetric's Credit or Debit Payment Details

   • Card Type

   • Last 4 digits of the card

   • Authorization Code

   • Payment Amount

6. Click on Take Payment to post the payment in Tekmetric.
