Follow these steps to recharge a card:
- Click on Customers.
- Type in the customer's name. You can also select the search criteria that you want to search by in the drop down menu.
- Click on the customer's name.
- Then, press the Select Card button for the payment method that you want to recharge.
- Then, click the green Charge button under the card picture.
- On the next screen, verify that the information is correct and enter the dollar amount.
- Click the Process button at the bottom of the page.
- The Transaction Details page that follows will allow you to view transaction information as well as print or email receipts.
